Kindly be aware that if your application for an SST card is declined, no refunds will be issued as all SST card orders are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to ensure eligibility for the SST card and possess all necessary documentation before making the payment. If you've completed training with another provider, submit all required documentation, including a copy (front and back) of your OSHA card, as OSHA certificates of completion from other providers are not acceptable for issuing an SST card as per the NYC Department of Buildings.

1.) If your current SST card was issued by SAFE CONNECT, we do not need to verify your documents. Your official training connect SST card will be available to be mailed or for pickup shortly after the processing fee has been paid.

2.) If you have completed your training with another course provider, you must forgo the verification process. Your official Training Connect SST card will be available to be mailed or for pickup once the submitted documents have been verified typically between 12-24 hours.
