Frequently asked questions

Are courses offered online?

Safe Connect offers online, in-person and hybrid training. We are also working to broaden our on-demand training catalog to make things more convenient for all of our learners. All Safe Connect courses will have a symbol to distinguish if it is available online or in-person.

When can I expect to receive my certification?

Safe Connect is committed to our clients and part of that commitment is to ensure that everyone receives their certification(s) as soon as possible. With the exception of the OSHA certification, all certifications are issued after course completion and can be collected same day.

Can Safe Connect do training at my company's office? 

Yes! Safe Connect is fully equipped to travel to any location in NYC's 5 boroughs. We do private group training on construction sites, offices, warehouses and more. Please contact us for more information on private courses.
